Registration for the WIO Summer Symposium does not include a room reservation. A special meeting rate is available at the Pinehurst Resort. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations (rates are not guaranteed after July 19). Rooms may be booked by calling the reservation number below. When calling for reservations, simply identify yourself as a WIO meeting attendee.

*A 10% resort service fee will be placed on each sleeping room rate on a nightly basis. This fee includes use of the Fitness Center, onsite transportation, internet in guest rooms, valet and self parking, beach club and outdoor pools, bicycles, afternoon tea in the Carolina, practice putting greens and driving range. The Resort Service Fee also includes gratuities for the bell and door staff.
