Yoga for Women in Ophthalmology
The daily activities of an ophthalmologist encourage hunching the shoulders, caving the chest area and potentially straining the neck. The upper body is often taxed and our lower bodies are seldom considered. Join us for a short time to enjoy simple postures and movements that counterbalance our daily motions. Leave with a short, practical yoga practice that anyone can incorporate into their busy life! No registration necessary. Mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hula Hoop Dancing
Hula Hoop Dancing is a low impact, high energy exercise that combines cardio with the core strengthening of Pilates and the stretching and mediation of Yoga. Hoop Dancing helps you tone your abdominals, arms and legs while you are having fun. Come give it a whirl!

Guided Bike Tour of Pinehurst $42
There's no better way to experience the joy of being outdoors in Pinehurst than riding a bicycle around the area. You'll ride through the village, taking in historic homes and buildings along the way. Half-way through your leisurely ride, cool refreshments will await you upon your arrival at the Holly Inn. You'll be refreshed and rejuvenated before heading out on the second half of your relaxing journey. See a few lusciously green holes along famous Pinehurst No. 2 before heading back into the heart of Pinehurst. Once you arrive back at the Carolina Hotel, enjoy Arnold Palmers and Mint Juleps on the front porch, where you can sit back in a rocking chair and get lost in Southern hospitality.
