Registration Confirmation
Upon receipt of the submitted registration form and full registration fee, each delegate will receive a confirmation of registration via email. The confirmation email is the receipt for the meeting. Please bring a copy of this confirmation to the Summer Symposium.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, may be applied for, in writing, before July 12, 2010. After this date, no refunds will be made. A $30 administrative fee will be assessed for registration transfers.
Registration Desk
Pre-registered delegates will receive a name badge and materials at the Summer Symposium registration desk. A limited number of registration materials will be available for onsite registrations and will be distributed while supplies last.
