Thank you for submitting an Abstract to present during the 2018 Summer Symposium!

WIO will notify you no later than May 31, 2018, if your abstract was accepted. If selected you will present your poster on either Friday, August 17, 2018, or Saturday, August 18, 2018.

Both abstract and complicated case submitter’s who are accepted for poster presentation MUST register to attend the meeting by July 1, 2018. Submitter’s who are accepted, but do not register prior to July 1, 2018, will be considered withdrawals and will not be included in the Final Program or Abstract Supplement.

Registration for Summer Symposium does not include room reservation. A special meeting rate is available at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club until July 16, 2018. Call the reservation line at  (888) 839-9145 and reference WIO Summer Symposium to reserve your room today.
